My Funny Valentine....
09.02.2012 | 0 CommentsI do adore the day of love.....all that romance and sweetness I find intoxicating and makes the heart sing. Some find it too much, some clichéd, others, a forced celebration of something that should be shown when one feels rather than a date to prompt you.
As I have always been in the love game , from flowers to lingerie, I have come to notice that although it may be all these things, some people do need that special day in order to do something lovely for that special someone.....and that can't be a bad thing!
We have been posted on FB a list of some great date ideas, though sometimes a sweet picnic, a hug or your favourite bottle of champagne is all one needs......so check it and feel free to add any that you may have been privy to, or think should join the list.
So , it is nearly here and whether you are a romantic that embrace's the day or a humbug, may I wish you all a Happy Happy Valentines Day!

Next Dirty Pretty PoP Up - Designer Emporium Sale

After spending the day at Mr.Rose, I already know what is on my shirting hit list and have eyed off an ottoman from Signature Prints ( well , it really is the missing piece in my tiki bar!), and I'm yet to cast an eye over the divine accessories Ecclectica has on offer, but image they will be sublime as is everything in the store.
What girl can go past a cute frock either.....certainly not me, so imagine I'll be spending most of my so called working time, perusing the racks of delight on offer from Shona Joy.
On second thoughts....perhaps I should get someone to man Dpt whilst I shop the day away!

Dirty Pretty PoP-Up has Begun!

For 2 weeks only we'll be peddling our wonderous wares, with a few new cheeky surprise for both him and her!

With new designs from the coveted Chantal Thomass, cute as pie Mimi Holliday and Sydney’s own Lula Starr, as well as a beautiful pieces from past seasons , even our little “Jumble Suitcase” has made an appearance. All housed along side the divine Mr Rose designs, who’s ethos is to celebrate the art of shirting for women, and to die accessories sourced from around the globe, there truly is something for everyone.
